By using Paws4Safety.com or purchasing products from Paws 4 Safety, you agree to the terms described on this page.
Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their features, contents, pricing, and availability. Product packaging, colors, components, or appearance may vary slightly from photographs shown online.
Information provided by Paws 4 Safety, including information contained on our website, printed materials, reference guides, workshops, and products, is intended for educational and preparedness purposes. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency veterinary care. When an animal is ill or injured, seek appropriate veterinary assistance.
Orders and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and to cancel or refund an order when necessary.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Paws 4 Safety purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, please contact us promptly so we can work with you to correct the problem.
For other return requests, please contact Paws 4 Safety within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Unless the return is the result of an error by Paws 4 Safety or a damaged or defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed.
For health and safety reasons, products that have been used, opened in a manner that makes them unsuitable for resale, or contaminated may not be eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot always be canceled.
Intellectual Property
Paws 4 Safety names, logos, original product designs, written materials, graphics, educational materials, and other original content may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Paws 4 Safety is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website, educational information, or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
